Fire Performance

The industry has witnessed very significant changes to roofing and cladding requirements in recent years, and the importance of providing robust solutions has never been more relevant. In particular we are now seeing increasing focus on reaction to fire classifications as they relate to rooftop-solar PV and EV charging units, each of which may be installing in very close proximity to the roofing and cladding respectively. Our certification and testing covers LPCB LPS1181, BS EN13501 parts 1 & 5, and Fire Resistance in accordance with BS476.

Acoustic Performance

In general, built-in metal roofing and cladding solutions provide excellent performance for Sound Reduction (SRi RW) and Rain Noise, and at CA Group we are able to combine these with requirements for Sound Absorption and mitigation of Flanking Noise to suit even the most challenging of projects. A regular supplier to TV & Film studio projects as well as schools and other public sector buildings, our solutions offer a wide range of options for demanding projects.
