Polycarbonate wall lights are generally available in two primary styles: interlocking, and connectible. CA Therma-light interlocking polycarbonate wall lights are framed with an aluminium carrier system (finished either in plain aluminium or polyester powder coated to the required RAL colour), and available in Clear, Opal or coloured finishes.
Interlocking systems are best suited where the height of the polycarbonate is less than 12m (or 7m) and provide a cost effective solution for bringing naturally diffuse daylighting into the building. When used in high areas to bring daylight into a warehouse or similar operation please ensure a fully diffuse colour such as Opal is used to reduce glare.
Connectible polycarbonate wall lights are also available in the CA Therma-light range, including single, double and triple glazed options. These solutions are better suited to large façade areas, where the height of the polycarbonate exceeds 12m, where low U values are required, or where specialist finishes and effects are required. Colours available include Clear, Opal and a wide range of coloured finishes. Options are available for polycarbonate wall lights including anti-graffiti, anti-glare and other specialist coatings and treatments.
