Responsible for: This is a fast-paced job role, where the Customer Service Advisor will effectively handle customer requirements, as well as dealing with and resolving complaints and issues.
Job Summary/Key Responsibilities:
> Work closely with the sales and production teams to improve the customer experience
> Provide support to, and deputise for, the ‘order co-ordination’ process to improve overall effectiveness
> Ensure all EPICOR data entry is accurate and completed within the required timescales
> Be responsible for any order changes from original order receipt
> Ensure any date changes and order confirmations are provided to customers
> Review customer requirements and execute plans to achieve OTIF performance criteria
> Provide customers with ETA’s and also with delivery reports for the coming week/s

Division: CA Contracting
CA Group Ltd requires an Estimator within their CA Contracting Division. The individual will require creativity to assess the quotation specification and formulate the most cost-effective solution. Job Summary / Key Responsibilities:
> Establish and develop close working relationships with clients, architects, contractors
> Prepare detailed estimates by reviewing all information required to formulate accurate project costings with attention to detail paid to all sections
> Review and preparation of tender documents, such as project quotations to the client & suppliers
> Present prepared estimates by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information
> Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing technical publications & in house project drawings
> Responsible for estimating the total project cost, including design, procurement, manufacture and delivery in line with the tender documentation while clearly highlighting any discrepancies

Responsible for: This is a fast-paced role; the Graduate Customer Advisor will effectively handle customer requirements, as well as dealing with and resolving complaints and issues.

Responsible for: Working closely with Line Manager to maximise production material and service availability.
Job Summary / Key Responsibilities:
> Support the implementation of a full planning function which will accommodate drop in working – specific focus on macro project capacity plans in line with lead times
> Support the development of an effective SIOP process to support improved manufacturing performance
> Manage the macro and micro production planning process whilst forecasting material demand to supply chain
> Support the development and management of material supply forecasting working closely with internal and external teams
> Support the development and management of stock control across the full site – including fabrication supply in line with demand. Identifying opportunities to utilise obsolete stock – where applicable, to gain control of material management across the site
> Support the logistics planning process and issue resolution – planning loads and actively monitor logistic related emails/calls ensuring all requests are actioned quickly
> Manage the inter-company stage ship confirm process

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
> Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Job Summary/Key Responsibilities:
> Deliver a high level of administration support to the HR Department
> Handle first line HR queries on HR policies and procedures
> Write and place job adverts both internally and externally
> Support in the sourcing of candidates and arrange interviews
> Review application forms and assist with the selection process, responding to all applicants
> Preparation of HR documentation, including (but not limited to); offer letters, contracts of employment and induction
> Input of all new employee details onto HR systems

> Set and operate Press Brake
> Load and unload metal on to machine using overhead cranes
> Set machines to pre-determined machining setups and tooling requirements
> Production of first-off sample, prepared for initial inspection
> Adjust CNC settings when required
> Change tooling heads
> Coach / Train labourer
> Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed correctly

> Preparing and agreeing valuations with clients and ensuring payments are received in accordance with subcontract agreements
> Preparing accurate take off of material quantities from drawings
> Follow procedures to ensure proper allocation of job cost
> Pricing of contract variations
> Preparing subcontractor payment certificates, calculation and allocation of subcontractor payments and updating spreadsheets accordingly
> Assist in the control of supply chain ensuring full visibility of liabilities
> Issue of subcontract enquiries, comparison of quotes, undertake negotiations and placing of comprehensive orders

Responsible for: A Sheet Metal Worker reports to the Department Supervisor and is responsible for fabricating and assembling sheet metal products.
Job Summary/Key Responsibilities
> Setting up and operating fabricating machines to cut, bend and straighten sheet metal
> T.I.G. welding of aluminium and stainless steel
> M.I.G welding of mild and galvanised steel
> Working with materials 1mm to 6mm thick
> To read and correctly interpret engineering drawings
