Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Business Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations within the office. This position requires proficiency in clerical tasks, data entry, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The Business Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining records, coordinating schedules, and providing excellent phone etiquette while interacting with customers and team members.


Key Responsibilities:

> Compiling O&M manuals, including warranties and product specific guarantees

> Maintaining project databases using construction-specific platforms such Index , Aconex and SnagR

> Producing and updating as-built drawings

> Managing project-specific document control systems

> Collate and present data related to site sustainability initiatives, supporting compliance and reporting


No previous experience of a business coordinator role is necessary as full on the job training will be given; however it would be desirable to possess some of the below ;

> Confidence using Microsoft office software

> Great attention to detail and a proactive approach

> Strong communication and collaboration skills


Draughtsperson

Responsible to: Commercial Manager
Responsible for: A Draughtsperson is responsible for design co-ordination for own projects, producing layouts, detailed drawings and schedules of materials. As well as carrying out site measurements and surveys when required.

Job Summary/Key Responsibilities

> Producing layouts and detailed drawings

> Producing material schedules inline with tender allowances

> Raise any variation works on the project to the commercial team

> Co-ordination for own projects

> Carry out site measurements, surveys and assessment of our clients requirements

> Attend design team meetings as required

> Review project specifications, providing technical layouts, details and estimates in support of tendering and quotation activities

> Identify and meet client requirements and expectations

> Deliver strong performance to sustain effective client relationships

> Creation of accurate technical documentation

> Evaluate, organise and prioritise work within the overall project schedule and client requirements

> Project management duties

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

> Ability to understand and meet the needs of customers (both internal and external)

> Display effective organisation skills with an ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines (both internal and external)

> Experience within the roofing and cladding/façade sector

Press Brake Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in operating press brake machinery. This role is essential for fabricating high-quality sheet metal components, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications.


Key Responsibilities:

> Operate press brake machinery to bend and shape sheet metal according to engineering drawings and specifications

> Set up tooling and fixtures for various production runs, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy

> Conduct quality checks on finished products, utilising basic maths skills to measure dimensions and ensure compliance with specifications

> Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations

> Collaborate with team members to improve processes and resolve any production issues that may arise

Qualifications:

> Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment

> Familiarity with tooling, hand tools, and fabrication techniques is essential

> Basic maths skills are required for accurate measurements and calculations

> Experience working with sheet metal is highly desirable

> Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
