A glimpse of the work recently completed on site, and more underway, at Panattoni Park Bolton - the latest development on an already well-established and successful industrial and logistics park.
The 80,000 sq. ft warehouse is now pre-let to HERMES PARCELNET LIMITED. The neighbouring 280,700 sq. ft warehouse, currently under construction, features 15m clear internal height - optimising internal space - aided by CA Group's Twin-Therm® Built-Up Roof and Wall system.
