CA Twin-Therm® and CA River-Therm® roofing systems are ‘solar ready’ as standard, which allows proprietary solar pv panel systems to be installed directly onto the outer roof profiles (subject to loadings and steelwork capabilities).
Due to the multitude of solar systems available, CA Technical Department requests that appropriate details of system attachment are provided prior to installation so that comments can be made on the suitability of the proposed fixing methods and layouts – meeting the normal maintenance and access requirements of the roofing system and PV. This ensures that any guarantees offered for the roofing system are not compromised and does not restrict the type of mounting systems used.
